Rich is a brilliant masseuse who knows his stuff. As a therapist myself I’m choosy who I go to. I would recommend Rich to anyone having bodywork issues! My husband also uses Rich as he is a keen cyclist and needs to know he’s in safe hands!

Been to see Rich a few times now and have a couple more sessions booked in prior to Brighton in April. He is very professional offers humour to distract me from the required pain and I always feel nice and refreshed afterwards. Definitely recommend

I have been a client of Rich's for nearly 10 years now. He has been amazing the entire time and has taken more courses along this time in order to up skill. This has benefitted my health issues and my musculoskeletal needs due to chronic health problems no end. I literally can't function without his expertise. Can't recommend this service enough. Bespoke and tailored to your individual needs, and great banter. 11/10 highly recommend.

A return visit after such a successful first appointment. I had some specific areas of tightness in my lower back, legs & feet from sport which Rich worked absolute wonders on. He gave some fantastic advice & stretch exercises. Highly recommended *****

Amazing post half marathon sports massage - exactly what my entire body needed. Rich came highly recommended - his massage technique was by far the best I’ve experienced. He was incredibly knowledgeable & also gave great information & advice. I have no doubt that I will visit again in the future.
