I had my first Reiki today and was surprised by how peaceful and relaxing it felt. I even saw colours during the session, which I wasn't expecting at all. It was a calming and beautiful experience. If you're looking for something to help calm your body's reaction to life's constant demands. I'd recommend trying it. Michelle, the therapist was so kind and made me feel completely at ease throughout.

Michelle is a very friendly and kind person. I had. a Lymphatic Drainage Massage today which Michelle performed in a very professional manner. I could not believe how relaxed I felt afterwards. I will certainly recommend her to my friends and family and I will definitely be booking another treatment. Thank you, Michelle. 😊

The conservatory was toasty, the birds were singing, and the Japanese zen music was gently whispering you have no responsibilities for one blissful hour . Michelle worked her magic so brilliantly I briefly considered cancelling real life altogether. For one glorious hour, I was transported to heaven — or at the very least, a five-star spa with excellent acoustics.
