I had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Rachael at Brunell Harmony and absolutely loved it! I left feeling lighter, less bloated and so relaxed. Rachel was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining the areas that needed more work and giving me great tips to continue at home. I leave her , feeling human again . She allows me to work a very tiring and stressful job . My treatment as always was amazing. Was feeling down and in pain after having a total knee replacement a few months back Jane managed to do my treatment and made sure i was comfortable all the time and it really helped. I would go every week if I won the lottery. She is a lovely kind lady who understands your needs and listens to how you're feeling adapting the treatment accordingly.

Rach is an absolute miracle worker! I recently booked her signature Harmony massage, and it was 2 hours of ultimate relaxation. I loved the foot massage, and the relief in my back and shoulders was incredible—I could literally feel the knots release, and it felt amazing.I was also struggling with a lot of nasal congestion, and using her specialist skills, Rach had me breathing clearly again within just a few minutes. It was a delightful experience. My body felt so much lighter, loosened up and revitalised. We don't realise how pressures of daily life (always being on the go) can impact our body and mind. The full body massage was an amazing experience for my wellbeing and self care. I felt so much more relaxed. I would highly recommend it as you will come out feeling like a new person.
