An absolutely brilliant sports massage with great stretches for my thoracic spine, quads and glutes. A really knowledgeable therapist who I would definitely recommend. Thank you, a very good release of tension.

I had a sports massage. The therapist took the time to understand my needs and to focus on the areas that needed most attention. They gave clear explanations and advice throughout the session. I was very impressed and have booked another session with them . I strongly recommend them.

Had an appointment with Susanna with a rotator cuff issue. Found the root cause and went through some rehab exercises and massage to alleviate the discomfort. Obviously has great knowledge and explained the processes I will need to go through moving forward. Thanks!

Nathan was brilliant. He gave me a massage and physio on my lower back. He also did Glute release as I have got sciatica. I feel so much better now, can highly recommend Nathan and I'll be back for another treatment.

Linsey is a fabulous physio. She is experienced & knowledgeable. She listens carefully and gives considered advice. She is also fun & very friendly. With her help, and a series of exercises over a couple of months my shoulder issue of several years is resolved. I am delighted. Highly recommend her.

Always a pleasure coming to see Susana. She'll fix anything that's wrong with you and she's so knowledgeable, it's very impressive. I've been several times over the years with different gym related issues. You walk in her room, she asks you some questions, asks you to do a few movements and gets straight to the root of the problem no messing! Me and my friend joke, we both call her "The Healer" and she definitely is! Cant recommend her enough! If your hesitant to go see a physio there's no need to be. Just go and see Susana at Elite Physio in Bowdon. She'll have you back in tip top shape.

I have just finished a course of 10 rehab and pilates sessions with Susanna at Elite following a fractured femur earlier this year. Under her guidance i have made excellent progress in my recovery and am almost back to normal activities. Along with the treatment at Elite , Susanna gave me exercises to do at home also to aid the recovery. I highly recommend her.

I visited Ryan P with a running injury which had stopped me from running for nearly 2 weeks. Ryan was really understanding and empathetic and did a thorough examination of the injury. He explained how and why my injury had occurred and what I can do to prevent it in the future. After he shown me some stretches and had massaged my hip/leg/calf, I was able to put weight on my foot and walk normally which I had been struggling to do! I have received a programme of stretches to complete over the next week to continue to help my recovery.
