Been getting my hair cut by Ilker for a while now and he never disappoints. Great attention to detail, excellent fades, and always takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. One of the best barbers I’ve had in New York. Highly recommend.

Another amazing haircut. I don't live in New York, but whenever I'm in town, I make sure to come and get my haircut with Rodica. My barber in the town I live in butchered my hair and miraculously she was able to get everything back to normal. Strong recommendation again.

Jake is highly professional barber, understood my hair type. He gave me an excellent haircut and beard trim.However, two things bothered me. 1, I requested a fade from the bottom, he initially mentioned it would cost extra as it takes more time. This didn’t seem accurate, as I’ve had the same fade for over a year, and the entire haircut and beard trim typically take less than 40 min. That said, he didn’t end up charging me extra, which I appreciated. 2, I was directly asked if I would tip, which I found it really awkward .While I always tip, being asked outright was uncomfortable. He understands exactly what a client needs and offers thoughtful suggestions to enhance the experience. Ilker truly embodies what it means to be a barber. It’s not just about the haircut, it’s the entire experience: the warm welcome, the attention to detail, and the genuine focus on the client. Jamal, and his assistant Talia, are extremely kind, utterly professional, thorough and an absolute joy with whom to spend the afternoon. Jamal is a wizard with sensitive hair, and fixed my damaged hair so that it looks and feels healthy and amazing!! It was a great blessing to find them; I only wish they were in New Jersey :-) so I shall have to go up to New York many many times in the future!!

Michael is truly amazing. He takes his time and “creates” as the artist he is. In my 76 years I have had haircuts all over the world. No one matches him. I always leave his shop feeling that I am looking the best that it is possible for me to go look. I will not let anybody else touch my hair, he is that good.!!!
