Lovely, welcoming environment from the moment you walk in. I arrived early and they were happy to get started straight away, finishing even before my scheduled appointment time. The service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish, and they did an amazing job with my hair. This is exactly why I stay so loyal to Gould Barbers Burgess Hill — they consistently deliver the cut I want, almost to perfection every single time. For me its a 10/10 experience every time I visit.

I'm always happy with the ease of booking, the service and quality of work at Gould Barbers. I usually book at either Shoreham or Burgess Hill, and so far all the barbers have been great at both locations. Highly recommend!

As always, excellent haircut, Katie understood what my hair needed (because I never have) and even though I arrived slightly later than the appointment time (traffic to Burgess Hill sucks), she sorted my hair out properly. Thanks again!!!

Katie was welcoming and gave me exactly what I asked for whilst having an engaging conversation throughout. Katie was in Crawley but is now in a Burgess Hill. She is a great asset to the Burgess Hill team who have added another great barber to the team.

Normal excellent service from Liam this time.Have used Goulds at Tesco's,Burgess Hill since my regular hairdresser retired.Everybody always pleasant and this time Liam.brouvht my appointment forward by 20 minutes as I had another appointment at 13.00 in Burgess Hill which was a great help.

Great service here. Very friendly, and professional. Having come here for my last three cuts, I can say that this is my favourite barbers. My haircuts here have always been quick, and looked better than anywhere else that I have tried. I told Tracey that I would like to try growing my hair longer for the first time, and she explained exactly what I need to do, how best to deal with my hair type. They also have lollipops for the good boys and girls, but haven't qualified for one yet. I'll try to be better next time.

Very good! I am new to Burgess Hill and was looking for a family friendly barber. Maryanne at JJ Barbers was great, and cut my hair as requested. Their prices are really good as well. I will happily go back.
