I had an incredible Pilates class with Nastachia today. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the session feel very personalised by correcting form and offering tailored variations. Her calm, encouraging energy made it easy to stay motivated while still feeling comfortable. The class was well-structured, challenging, and effective. By the end, I felt more flexible, and completely refreshed. Definitely one of the best Pilates experiences I’ve had.
