I had the Swedish massage with Ruby. I highly recommend this if complete relaxation and invigoration is what you seek. Staff were professional and friendly overall.

It's interesting going on the massage journey, you'll start to have transcendent experiences when you have moments of mind and body separation "Where do I begin and end?" (as you get this greater awareness of your own body and its different components.) The Heelot method holds thousands of years of cultural understanding of massage and its benefits; that the therapists at Bamboo are worthy recipients of. The technique at times evokes feelings of waves lapping on the beach but internally in the body;the benefits for the lymphatic system are akin to a service on your car,gets it running smoothly
