It was a good massage but I had to remind the masseuse twice about my painful hands. Also the conversation that took place in the next door cubicle when a client was being told what to do was loud and distracting. Especially when the client wasn't told about leaving undies on and the ensuing reaction from the staff member. Maybe these instructions can be given in the waiting room before entering the cubicle?
