Always wonderful treatments. Would like to see a low stool available to help get up on the bed as a little high for the short person

Had my first appointment with Kate for laser hair removal. I was a little nervous but she put me at ease straight away. It was my first visit to koots but I’ll definitely be back…not just for hair removal & I look forward to trying other treatments they offer here! Facial & massage next time I think 🥰 Kate was professional & friendly & I knew I was in safe hands here. Looking forward to my next visit!
