Another great treatment - my second face lift massage, I could actually feel the skin on my face tightening when Sam was massaging it, so much so when it was finished I felt like I had one of those clay masks on that tighten as they dry and I was talking as if I had one on - can’t wait for number 3 - thanks Sam

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

Sam is phenomenal. She uses techniques I've never had during a massage before and really worked out some knots which had been causing me pain for some time. She's super gifted and is really passionate about what she does - she genuinely just wants you to enjoy the whole experience! 10/10 will see her again🌟

Another amazing treatment from Sam at Sage Therapies. I highly recommend Sam and her healing hands and voice. My massage and Indian head massage put me into a lovely tranquil yet controlled state to be able to deal with the children going back to school and a missing dog. The dog only went missing in the house and was found in a similar tranquil state in her bed. Thank you again. 😊 xXx

I booked an appointment which was half reflexology and half back massage. After experiencing years of anxiety, I came out feeling relaxed and calm for the first time in a long time. Sam made me feel comfortable right from the start. It is the first time I have ever had reflexology and I can safely say I will be back again. Highly recommend!

This was my second visit and it won't be the last. Sam has such a calming yet motivating affect on you . Her treatments are so relaxing yet invigorating which makes you feel amazing both physically and mentally. The most AMAZING facial massage! This was honestly the nicest treatment I’ve had to date, that good; I even fell asleep… I woke up feeling as though I’d been kissed by angels! Sam carried out a face lift massage and I noticed such a difference after just one session. It was highly relaxing, felt lovely and slimmed my face. Sam completed some reiki at the end of the treatment, it was amazing. I thought she had something hot over my face, and to my surprise she told me this was reiki, it was incredible. I will be back! I’d give it 100 stars if I could!

A fantastic addition to Sam’s range of therapies. The Face Lift Massage Facial is a delight. Reflexology for the face and head, the treatment was immersive, interesting and thoroughly enjoyable. As usual, Sam makes the time with her relaxing, and allows you to feel safe in her surroundings and in her knowledge. Face lift aside, this facial treatment is hugely recommended and on my list to return to.
