There’s something special about the space Emily has created at the Mood Therapy, the whole experience leaves you feeling held and rejuvenated. I instantly feel calm and relaxed and my neck and body always feels amazing the next day. Favourite place to go for self care.

Less painful than previous massage technique I experienced (not good or bad just quite different) - very relaxing and attentive full body massage. I would recommend mood therapy to anyone who is feeling stressed or tight - you will definitely leave in better shape - physically and mentally. Highly recommended.
