It's always perfect with Nat. I am being ripped off with the rewards card(owners fault, not the wonderful team). With the outrageous price hikes having forced me to reduce the services I can afford, the new rewards card is an insult! Fancy a regular customer who could choose to go to numerous other beauticians in Kingston being disadvantaged by having to have TEN VISITS, NOT SERVICES, but VISITS, to be rewarded! I have multiple services at each visit, I'd be better off going elsewhere &/or booking services with 10 or so minutes in between. Not very good business sense. Trishka

My massage was relaxing and restful.

My first visit was great, great service and massage was perfect.

I have found it difficult to find someone I trust to go to for a massage and Nat and Renne have both been professional and reassure each time. The aroma and ambience of the room set the tone and it was relaxing, neat and tidy.
