Thank you for the most amazing, deep tissue massage yesterday. I loved the room, the techniques; it was such a superior massage which is really hard to come by for some reason. I highly recommend Lesley for a massage, she checked the pressure was okay (and it was really firm, she is really strong) and I felt like Lesley put her heart & soul into my treatment. My back and neck feels a million times better, even after one massage. I love the whole environment too at The Self Care Retreat; super friendly and it’s a place of calm just off the high street. Loved it! Thank you again!

Deep tissue massage with Leslie...she is a master! When I win the lottery I'm having a daily massage from Leslie 😄

First time at The Spa Retreat. Very friendly , welcoming ladies. I had a facial and scalp, neck and shoulder massage. It was so relaxing, I felt as light as a feather afterwards. Products used smelt gorgeous. I will definitely be going back and would recommend. Thank you ☺️
