I had such a great experience and can’t recommend it enough. The sports massage was exactly what I needed and made such a difference to all the tightness and aches I’d been carrying. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome. Laurie is genuinely friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling so much better and will definitely be booking again. Thank you for such a fantastic treatment!

I had an incredible lymphatic drainage massage at Erica’s place and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming—exactly what you want when you’re there to relax and take care of your body. I absolutely recommend Michelle 100%. I had the stones/bamboo and Indian head massage. I have never had a massage like this. Totally relaxing and at a pressure I was comfortable with as Michelle asked before my massage what I would like. I will definitely book to go again. Just off for a nap 😴
