Re?ly good. Punctual, comfortable and great, firm back and neck massage. Therapy room clean and comfortable but could do with a little glamming up for a more “spa” experience.

This was my first time at RenewU and the total experience was awesome. I enjoyed my back and neck message. Kimberlina ensure that the pressure applied was just right. I felt all my tension releasing. Now let's talk about the foot scrub, it was sooooo nice and the machine that then massages your toes and bottom foot was a welcoming and surprising touch as I've never seen that at any other spa. Don't have to tell you that I'll definitely be back! My friend and I both enjoyed our experience and invite you to get your pampering on at RenewU Total Body Care!!!

Kymari was amazing with my massage and body scrub. Prior to the appointment, she ensured I was finished with my tea too! I didn’t feel rushed at all. The massage felt like a deep tissue massage, which my body deeply needed. Her techniques were 10/10. The oil smelt great too. I was very happy with the treatment and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to treat themselves!

The quality of service was good as usual. There are just some little things from a customer experience perspective that can be improved. e.g. I was asked if the pressure in my massage was good, but not if there were specific areas I would have liked to focus on, so considering that option could be helpful.

The Full body massage was absolutely amazing. I could not believe how strong Jalissa was lol and she got all the knots out of my shoulder, so now when I work out with the weights, I have much better range..... Who knew this is what my body really needed Thank you again and I will definitely make this a lifestyle change and have these monthly Very satisfied Customer :)

Top notch Hot stone massage! Usually I feel sore after getting a massage but that wasn’t the case this time. My body feels relaxed. I really felt the difference.

I had a Swedish massage today, I am lying in bed right now feeling amazing. You should get one.

The feet massage was wonderful.

We started a little late but I didn't mind I was able to sit in your cool atmosphere. Chloe was really nice and entertaining. The massage was really good that's why I am requesting another appointment. Will use WhatsApp for that. Thank you

The pedicure was great even tho it took a bit longer than expected, bad feet takes a bit longer I suppose👍🤣 The atmosphere and attention to detail was wonderful Would do it again
