Love visiting Olenza Beauty Loft, I've been coming here for years and love the recent revamp they did with the salon a couple of years ago. Team is incredible, such a wholesome feeling when I visit. If you want an incredible hair service experience go to Jasmina, she's literally the best in the game, I've been blonde for years and I'm always so happy with the final product when Jasmina works on my hear. Also love coming for facials here, their whole team is top-tier. I come from Kitchener because I refuse to go anywhere else. They're also all lovely humans and very hospitable.

Ania is one of the nicest people in the industry and probably one of the best clinics I have been too. The ladies are very friendly, knowledgeable and will make you feel so comfortable during any treatments. They are also very accommodating and helpful in many ways. I have received a facial treatment as well as going through laser hair removal and have had 2 sessions so far and am very satisfied on how the treatments are going. Looking forward to the other treatments being offered.

The treatments have been the only thing to actually clear my skin and I tried so many things before this. She is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to recommend Dermalogica products that help keep my skin clear and didn't irritate it. I have continued to come to Olenza for other skin treatments because I trust them so much. I would highly recommend Olenza.
