Nicki always goes above and beyond.. this time, she went WAY too above and beyond. She knew I had an important event and that I needed to be pampered at the same time because life gets harsh sometimes.. So she took care of my nails, that’s cuticle cleaning and care and an incredible job with gel X and French tips design.. I went in with low energy on a Friday after a long week and left recharged !!! Thanks Nicki for your time, authenticity and kindness.

I had an amazing experience at La Crystal Nails and Spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. My nail technician did an outstanding job—she was meticulous, gentle, and really took her time to make sure my nails looked perfect. The salon is clean, beautifully decorated, and offers a great selection of colors and designs. I’m beyond thrilled with how my nails turned out!

Nicky was so nice and understanding of my first time ever getting my nails done. I was able to relax and enjoy my music and from time to time talk a bit. She even gave me some tips for footcare. She even made sure I grabbed a snack because even i hadn't realised i spent the whole not taling anything. Will definitely be going back even if it is a bit farther from where I live.

We had a bit of difficulty understanding what colour I wanted. The polish isn't applied evenly on the nails. Overall, they look good and the service was good. You can only see the flaws if you look up close.
