It was my first visit to the Beauty clinic, and I was made to feel very welcome. I was booked in for a lash lift and tint. My eyelashes are very short and hard to lift even with an expensive mascara. Alysia did a really great job, she managed to lift my lashes. The result was amazing, I would highly recommend Alysia, I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much. Xx

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Koots Clinic in Torquay for a series of laser hair removal treatment, and I must say, the experience surpassed all my expectations. As for the laser hair removal treatment, I am thrilled with the results. It has truly worked wonders, exceeding my hopes and leaving me feeling more confident. Absolute love this salon. Everyone is so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Lucy made me feel amazing for my hen party loved my hair and it stayed in all night. If i lived in Torquay I would 100% be a regular xx

Had a really great experience getting my eyebrows threaded and tinted. Jazz was lovely and made me feel really comfortable. She took her time to shape my brows perfectly and checked I was happy throughout. The threading was gentle and much less painful than I expected, and the tint colour was spot on—natural but made such a difference. My brows look so much fuller, defined and tidy. Really pleased with the result and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

I decided to have some treatments done after my move from Bristol to Torquay, and turning 62 (and having a fresh start) was recommended to go to Sarah at Rococo for a consultation. Have to say…….. thrilled to bits with the results so far! Sarah…… fabulous, professional, caring and very kind.

I just had an eyebrow and eyelash tint and the experience was fabulous. I feel really bad because I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did it, but she was fantastic with me (it was my first time). We had a nice conversation and she was very gentle and considerate of any pain when waxing and plucking. She’s definitely worked with people who’ve had eyebrow colouring for the first time, and was very reassuring when they came out a bit darker than expected. I cannot recommend her enough because she was fantastic with me, and I will definitely be coming back at some point!

I had classic eyelash extension done with Lauren, she was very friendly, I just had a lovely nap and woke up with beautiful eyelashes. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic, Sarah and Eloise are so welcoming and lovely! I had lash extentions for my daughter's wedding, and was delighted with the results, thank you so much Eloise, they look fab! I definitely recommend a visit!

Staff were friendly and professional. Very pleased with the lash lift and tint, it has lasted for a few weeks and still going strong, I haven’t had to wear mascara during this time.
