I have had treatments at Re-treat on many occasions. Alice and her assistant Ellie are very friendly and welcoming making for a lovely relaxed atmosphere. This week I had an eyelash lift and tint which I am so very pleased with and also for the first time ever a nail treatment which is amazing. Alice is extremely professional and works to. a high standard. I would thoroughly recommend using this salon

I can’t recommend Roz highly enough. She does my eyelashes and her attention to detail is absolutely amazing — every set is beautifully done and always exactly what I want. Roz is professional, friendly, and instantly puts you at ease, making the whole experience relaxing as well as enjoyable. Totally recommend Nikies beauty went for my hybrid lashes Niki was welcoming and very friendly she explained what sh will doing and put me at ease niki salon is very clean and niki is very professional my lashes were absolutely gorgeous i will be recommending too all my friends and family i particularly liked the little eyelash wand and care institutions a lovely touch thank you again niki ❤️💯👌👁👁💗❤️

Excellent service as always. I travel from outside of Crawley to see Nicky.. I won't go or see anyone else for my beauty treatments. Nicky is always so obliging and accommodating even coming in on her day off to ensure I could have my treatments before going away.

Had LVL lashes done and hands down the best lash experience I've ever had, especially as someone with sensitive eyes. So comfortable and no stinging or stress and great results, can't reccomend enough. I also had my nails done and absolutely in love with my gel extensions, the attention to detail and finish is fantastic. Claire always does excellent cuticle work.

Nicki is the kindest soul, she is very understanding of me needing to rearrange appointments due to family emergencies. I love how she does my lashes and is the first lash technician to make the lashes last! Highly recommend
