The service was professional, the environment was clean and welcoming, and eyebrow technician took the time to listen to what I wanted. The shaping, tinting and threading was done with great attention to detail. I appreciated how gentle and precise they were, and the final result really suited my face. I spent a lovely couple of hours with Emma being pampered. The tropical deluxe facial is just amazing. She’s such a warm and welcoming lady with an aim to relax you - it works! She’s done a fab job tinting my brows and lashes and giving them a lift!
