Jo has a wonderful way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed whilst doing the treatment.

I could literally not recommend Georgina enough, such an incredible experience everytime and no one else I trust with my lashes but her!

Sian is absolutely amazing at what she does. She’s professional yet wonderfully friendly putting you at ease from the minute you enter the room. She’s also incredibly considerate, asking preferences and making sure you are happy throughout. I would highly recommend Sian to everyone, and will definitely be back! Thank you Sian xxx

The treatment room is a lovely, tranquil and relaxing space. The treatments i treated myself to, massaqe and facial coupled with Jo's wide knowledge of the treatments is second to none. I have had several issues which Jo has worked on with me and she often finds areas needing treatment that I had not realized were part of my problems. I follow her recommended exercises imbetween appointments which motivate me to work on problem areas. I totally recommend Jo who delivers a calming and informative service and her gentle, welcoming approach makes everyone feel special.

Really glad I booked myself in at Kirstens! I love my gel nails! The beauty room smelt incredible, so I’ve had to book myself in for some more treats! Looking forward to our next appointment :)

This was my first time having eyelashes done and I think I fell asleep 😴. Great results, I asked for them to look like I had mascara on but not too thick and they are perfect 😍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had my eyebrows waxed, tinted, laminated and also had eyelash extensions done, and I honestly couldn’t be happier! My brows look perfectly shaped and natural but still bold, and the lamination has made such a difference – they look so full and stay in place all day. The tint is spot on too, not too dark, just right. My lashes are gorgeous, so much definiton without feeling heavy at all. The whole experience was so relaxing, professional, and I felt really well looked after. I’ve had so many compliments already – I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

She customised the treatment to my skin’s needs and explained every step, using gentle, high-quality products that left my skin glowing and hydrated. Highly recommend this facial 🥰
