My 15 year old daughter had her first eyebrow wax & eyelash lift appointment with Genna recently. Genna was so informative, kind & gentle towards my daughter. My daughter felt so at ease with her, and has rescheduled for a facial. Thank you Genna for taking the time to be so considerate & welcoming.

Mikala was very professional throughout my whole visit. I had the most amazing aromatherapy massage and Facial thanks to Mikala. I was honestly still 100% relaxed even two days after my treatment. She also did a perfect job of tinting my brows and lashes. Cannot recommend Mikala enough!

Best removal of eyelash tint I’ve ever had. The whole experience was amazing. Waxing was gentle and Francie was so diligent about getting my eyebrow colour correct.

Friendly and helpful. I had a lash lift and tint. The tint looks great but I can’t really see much difference to my eyelashes with the lift. Probably will just get a tint next time.

The staff member that did my eyelashes was so good and I loved the look however I am a bit concerned of the amount of lashes that had already fallen out in the first 24hrs, this hasn't happened in the past?

Great tinting cours and very gentle

The Peel treatment and eyelash tint I had today was divine. My lashes look like I'm wearing mascara and my face feels amazing. Can not recommend Genna and Smooth Beauty Bar enough. Genna even met me at my car yesterday with an umbrella as it was pouring with rain. Now that is service. Love your work and you gorgeous lady. Thank you always going above and beyond for me xx🙏♥️
