Not only did Tam fix the previous stylist's mistake, transforming my bob into the layered, textured look I originally wanted, but she also ensured the experience was as pleasant as possible. She even offered me coffee, which was a kind gesture that made the appointment feel more like a visit with a friend. Tam is a true professional. . I highly recommend Tam to anyone looking for a stylist who genuinely cares about their clients' happiness and delivers excellent results. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
