Amber is lovely and the space is beautiful. The bed is warm and fluffy and I left with dewy skin and luscious lashes. Definitely recommend.

I had a great experience at the Cape Town branch. Zoe took a lot of care in doing the treatments on me, she was very informative and made sure I felt very pampered! WOW!! Every time I come here my expectations are exceeded, I want to say a special thank you to Bea who recently started there, she is absolutely amazing and such a kind soul. I had such a nice conversation with her and she helped me get ideas for my next appointment. This is the best nail salon in the whole of Cape Town. All the staff are super friendly and professional and the salon is always neat and well kept. I love coming here and will always support it!!❤️❤️❤️

Emilia is such an amazing artist. She takes so much attention to detail and is so easy to connect with and talk to. I have already gotten so many compliments on the tattoo she did for me. She is amazing and if I am ever back in Cape Town I will be getting another piece from her!

I sent my mother for their luxury spa package and she says it was absolutely blissful, each and every staff member encountered was kind, accommodating and seemed dedicated to ensuring total relaxation. They executed every part of the package stunningly and are clearly well-trained & experienced pros. The spa itself is spotless, gorgeous & smells amazing, the products they use are top-notch and the chairs/beds are über-comfy, there's just nothing bad to say. They treated my mom like a queen and made her feel like one too. Top-tier experience UNMATCHED by any other spa in Cape Town 👏🏼🤩

This was my very first lash lift and I’m so happy I went to Fadia. She is incredibly sweet, gentle, and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I’ve honestly never enjoyed getting my lashes done until I met her. It was always a painful, uncomfortable process before, so I just thought that was normal. With her, it’s completely different , seamless, gentle, and genuinely relaxing. No pain at all. And when she’s done? Absolutely stunning. You walk out looking and feeling like a goddess. Hands down the best lash experience I’ve ever had👌 she is the best !!!!
