10/10. I will recommend this place to anyone who's looking to do their brows/lashes. My experience was quick, pain-free and most importantly– I'm in love with the result. The studio is aesthetic and clean, it feels so inviting. Customer service was just as excellent as everything about this place. Super super amazing. I’ve had my lashes done a few times before at other places and they always seem to glue my eyelids shut or get glue in my eyes. Every time without fail. I thought it was normal. Until I went to Berta. Game changer. Opened my eyes with no hassles. No glue burning and no eyelashes are stuck together. 10/10 I will be back and I won’t ever go anywhere else. Not to mention the lashes look insanely amazing. I can’t even see the glue dots. She has mastered the art.
