Kim is Very gentle and takes her time to make sure whatever service I need is done not only to be done as in just finished but done with care and not just another client but more like apart of her work family . Some procedures can be a little uncomfortable but Kim makes sure to make the Customer as comfortable as with conversation, and if the customer is a return customer, which most are she always remembers important things that were discussed this is the most important thing to me being a personable person.

Kim is amazing she always makes sure that I am pleased with whatever service she is doing, and today I did a lash lift and I love it! Now I can just get up and go if I wanted too thanks again!

Kim is amazing! Today was my first time with her and it felt like I've been a long time client. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. My lashes are quite stubborn and didn't take the lash lift very well, so Kim offered another lash lift at no cost. I appreciate her customer service and professionalism.
