The service was so amazing. Idk who my tech was but she was great. My suggestions to improve the experience: The speaker wasnt working in my room and i had to ask for music, which she played on her phone. A timer kept going off which took me out of the experience, please use silent timers that flash a light or something. Please provide a cute branded hair wrap or scrunchie to take home since you still go home with crazy/semi wet hair.

The therapist I had was great, but did have to leave the room 5 different times during my treatments which I hadn’t experienced before. I also didn’t get to view my scalp before and after like I did prior. Still a great experience and I’ll be back.

Courtney is phenomenal. I came in for the Mother's Day Special and left feeling so rejuvenated. Out of all of the "head spas" I've visited locally and on vacation Venus continues to be my favorite. Their new location did not disappoint. A must for the gals and guys who are into self-care!

I really enjoyed it! Chelsea was very sweet and professional. She informed me of what she was doing but didn’t talk too much and I was able to relax. The only thing that I think could be improved was that the after a while the mist by my face started to smell a bit musty. They did have a scented plug in in the room, but maybe an essential oil spray by the customers face at the beginning of the service? It was a really fun experience and will do it again!

I've never had a hair massage and with it being my first time it was amazing. I was nervous at first but then quickly relaxed with the person assigned to me.
