I recently did a HIFU treatment for my lower face and double chin at Aura, and I was attended by Grace, who was incredibly friendly, gentle, and knowledgeable throughout the whole session. She explained every benefit clearly and constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable, which made the experience smooth and reassuring. I could already see some visible lifting and tightening after just one session, which made me even more confident in the treatment. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back again next month.

Back to my favourite and trusty lash tech! My lashes always don’t last me that long but Hime’s lash retention lasts my lash 1 month plus . Cyndi is very gentle and patient when handling my lashes. She really do magic to make me look so much alive ❤️ Highly recommend to get your lashes done from Hime ❤️

The aesthetician was so helpful! As I couldn’t go up the lift, she personally fetched me and lead me the way up. The interior of the room was very relaxing and cosy. The treatment was smooth and very well explained. Will recommend to friends and family ☺️

The venue was easy to find, just that the security to go up the lift was abit of a hassle. However all is good after Grace picked me up from the lobby. She was so nice, attentive and approachable. I love that she comes in once in a while to check if im doing okay as the handle was pretty heavy for me. After the session she shared more on the other machines and provide her suggestion to me selflessly. I can feel the sincerity without feeling hardselled. I feel really comfortable the whole session.

Doreen is super meticulous and friendly! She designs my lashes in a custom way that I'd like them!! (e.g. wispy lash with cat eye and a little bit of dolleye). After she was done, she asked if there was anything she could do to alter the lashes. Overall, just a super warm and inviting environment, I could speak my mind and I had such a great chat with her too :) 10/10!!

Best service from Doreen who is very gentle and meticulous in her lash work. Been only going back to her ever since I found 29 lashes!

Love the effect after the Serum Lash Lift with Tint 2.0 😍 My lashes look naturally curled like I’m wearing mascara even without makeup. The result is very pretty, natural, and makes my eyes look more awake. Definitely will come back again!
