I had an eyelash lift and tint with Ella and I’m absolutely in love with the results. My lashes look so lifted, and dark exactly how I like them. Ella is always so welcoming, which is also one of the reasons why I always go back to her. She takes her time, makes sure everything is perfect, I can’t recommend Ella enough. She’s amazing at what she does!

I had my first ever eye lash perm and tint. The wonderful Shala done it. It was a lovely trip to the salon as always. You are made to feel extremely welcome & it’s a relaxing ambience.. Shala is amazing with all treatments. I can fully recommend an eye lash perm, it makes you look like you have false eyelashes on but, without the hassle of refills. I will definitely be getting it done again 🤩🤩🤩

Did a lash lift here and I’m really happy with the result! My lashes look naturally lifted and curled without needing mascara. The process was comfortable, clean, and well explained, and you can tell a lot of care went into the details. Will definitely come back again 💖

I am in London for summer from NYC and needed to keep up my lashes. Lolo is close to my flat so I decided to try and I am obsessed. I’ve been twice and they’ve done an excellent job and my lashes look phenomenal and so natural, I have gotten so many compliments. Will be going here all summer for sure!

Great find for a newcomer to London. Convenient location offering wide variety of services with experienced and friendly staff. Have had some wonderful facials and brow/ lash treatments here with Sophia and Ibtissam. The clinic is very tidy and hygienic and these give me added trust in the place.

Mariam did my lashes and she was absolutely lovely. My lashes look amazing and I’m really happy with the results! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and I loved that you’re able to bring a friend along with you if you wanted to, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend Mariam to anyone! 💕

Blind booked this for a last-minute pre-Christmas appointment and I’m so glad I did. Perfect location with easy parking at Westfield, and the service was amazing from start to finish. I had a look in mind and they matched the shade perfectly to my inspo pic 🤍 My nails turned out gorgeous and the spa pedicure was so relaxing - exactly what I needed. As someone new to London, trying a new salon can feel a bit nerve-wracking, but everyone here was so friendly and welcoming and instantly put me at ease. Will definitely be back 🫶🏼

Absolutely amazing lash artist! Her attention to detail is exceptional, and the quality of her work is consistently flawless. My lashes always look beautiful, elegant and perfectly tailored to my eyes — never heavy or overdone. She is incredibly skilled, professional, gentle and takes real pride in what she does. The best lash tech 🥺❤️ So patient if I need a break - will give me a minute to sit up if I need to. Never moans and always makes sure I’m okay. Lashes still come out perfect every time!! Works quick and so gentle. Takes so much pride in her work. And will is a perfectionist and shows in her work every time. ❤️
