Did a lash lift here and I’m really happy with the result! My lashes look naturally lifted and curled without needing mascara. The process was comfortable, clean, and well explained, and you can tell a lot of care went into the details. Will definitely come back again 💖

I am in London for summer from NYC and needed to keep up my lashes. Lolo is close to my flat so I decided to try and I am obsessed. I’ve been twice and they’ve done an excellent job and my lashes look phenomenal and so natural, I have gotten so many compliments. Will be going here all summer for sure!

Great find for a newcomer to London. Convenient location offering wide variety of services with experienced and friendly staff. Have had some wonderful facials and brow/ lash treatments here with Sophia and Ibtissam. The clinic is very tidy and hygienic and these give me added trust in the place.

Blind booked this for a last-minute pre-Christmas appointment and I’m so glad I did. Perfect location with easy parking at Westfield, and the service was amazing from start to finish. I had a look in mind and they matched the shade perfectly to my inspo pic 🤍 My nails turned out gorgeous and the spa pedicure was so relaxing - exactly what I needed. As someone new to London, trying a new salon can feel a bit nerve-wracking, but everyone here was so friendly and welcoming and instantly put me at ease. Will definitely be back 🫶🏼

Absolutely amazing lash artist! Her attention to detail is exceptional, and the quality of her work is consistently flawless. My lashes always look beautiful, elegant and perfectly tailored to my eyes — never heavy or overdone. She is incredibly skilled, professional, gentle and takes real pride in what she does. The retention is fantastic too. I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes. Highly recommend! ★★★★★

I got the HD brows and Korean lash lift with Elena and she was amazing! I’m very picky about who does my brows, so trying a new place while traveling was a bit nerve wracking. But I’ve been to her twice now and my experience and brows/lashes look incredible. Thank youuuu Elena 😍

Ari is the best lash technician I have ever visited! I am never disappointed! I’ve tried other lash technicians and Ari has true work talent! I try different lash styles and always feel shocked at how good my eyes look after she’s finished a set. I always thought lashes don’t suit me but Ari made it possible for me to fall in love with my lashes. Thank you gorgeous for the best service and best experience!

Fantastic as always! My skin literally looks like glass. I think I trust Monika with my life at this point! She's absolutely incredible at what she does, so knowledgeable and very very caring! My facial was perfect and I cannot wait to see her soon for my eyebrows and lashes! Would recommend her 100 times over

This is THE best place in London for eye brows and nails! Vlada is amazing, she has amazing eye for what suits your face. Inna for pedicures - incredible - precise, gentle - even after 6weeks people commented on how fresh my pedicure looks!

Literally 10/10 experience, cant recommend her enough!!!! It’s the first time I’ve actually left 100% satisfied and happy with my lashes. She asked me what I liked/Didnt like and made sure that it fit what I was looking for. When I opened my eyes I literally couldn’t believe that someone managed to do such a perfect set based on my likings, not too heavy but not too short! Also her hands are SOO SOFT it feels like an angel during the whole appointment, so easy to fall asleep 😂🥰 Definitely coming back!!!!
