Really welcoming and friendly. Professional and efficient but without being too clinical. Parking nearby is a bonus. Most importantly, I'm really happy with my lashes and brows. Will definitely be back!

I visited for a full set of classic lashes which were done just perfectly how I like them. Kelly is fantastic at lashes and I would not go anywhere else. The lashes always last really well and do not damage my natural lashes. The salon is welcoming and clean, a lovely environment for any type of hair or beauty treatment.

I have been going to Lashed in London for number of years now before the shop opened. Tarrian is lovely and always did lovely classic lashes. The last few occasions, Natasa has done my lashes (lift and extension). She is amazing and such a lovely person. Thank you for always making me welcome. I will keep coming back in 2026

Kingston Health Studio is a rare find! I was warmly greeted at the entrance, which set the tone for a lovely experience. I had a pedicure and eyelash tinting — both flawless. The therapist had a gentle, confident touch, and the results were beautiful. My lashes looked naturally enhanced, and my feet felt soft and polished. As someone who values hygiene, I appreciated that all tools were 100% sterile and unsealed in front of me. Everything was done efficiently and on time. I'm so glad I found this place and will definitely be back!

Easily the best and most reliable place to have your eyebrows, lashes and nails done (it’s what I have done here) anytime I've tried anywhere else (out of convenience) its been a big disappointment, to say the least! So lessons learned and now I always return here to the girls who are all a) professional, b) reliable and c) leave you with amazing results! Always a happy girl when I've been to the Retreat, it’s by FAR the best place to visit! So don't hesitate, make sure you go there for all your beauty treatments! Thanks all for working your magic!

Lady that did my eyelashes was lovely and very good at it. Unfortunately, I think she was under alot of pressure by herself but didn't let that affect her customer service or time taken to do my treatment.

My experience with Vanessa was amazing! I got a facial, eyelash lift, eyebrow lamination, pedicure and Biab nails on my hands with a cute design. It is my wedding in a few days and she took the best care of me and she is definitely a perfectionist. If you are looking for an all rounder beautician I recommend Vanessa. Also the bridal nails are INSANE. Ladies get yourself to Love & Dye right away!!

Yesterday I had a lash lift by the lovely vanessa and it turned out amazingggg!!!! I couldn’t recommend her more. I felt so comfortable and she spoke through everything with me and made me feel accommodated too. I am in love with my lashes and will definitely be coming back.
