After having a bad experience with a lash lift somewhere else, I was honestly quite nervous about trying again. Ruby completely changed that. She took the time to explain every step of the Korean lash lift, talked me through what she was doing, and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She was so gentle, never rushed, and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best results. Always love having my lashes done with Jada. She is very accommodating, professional, friendly and always makes you feel comfortable. The value for money for the level of service you get is great. I have been to so many places for treatment. That's including very popular places in Central London as I lived near Central befor I moved to Crystal palace. I was looking somewhere new for my treatment and I found this Gem call " La Belle Jolie"!!!. Outstanding treatment came with Outstanding service from all the staff. I simply Couldn't thanks enough. Also staff are full of positive attitude. I definitely not going anywhere else now. I wish I can give more than 5 stars.

Amazing!! Been coming to get my lashes done from this amazing woman for about a year now. She's lovely and so polite and anything you want or need she can help out with. The lash retention (2weeks+) is amazing!! And my eyes are never irritated and my lashes always look full and lovely the time she's finished xx

I had another amazing experience today getting a full set of lashes. As always, Dior made me feel so welcome and completely relaxed throughout the appointment. Her space is beautiful, professional, and calming the perfect environment to unwind. Dior’s attention to detail is unmatched, and I left feeling so happy with the results.
