Pippa was extremely professional and made me feel welcome and at ease straight away. I’ve known Helena for over 10 years and she’s been slaying my lashes the whole time. Gorgeous results every single visit. She has the loveliest manner, makes you feel instantly comfortable, explains everything she’s doing, and is always on top of the latest techniques and products. Amazing lash lift, elite vibes, and top-tier chat. I actually don’t want to recommend her because I need my appointments secured… but if you know, you know ✨

Booked in for a 'Head in the Clouds' treatment as a Birthday treat & it was pure bliss, it did not disappoint! It's definitely going to have to become a regular treat as it's so worth it. I've also had other treatments with Helena such as gel pedicure, lash lift, brow lamination & she is just a perfectionist in it all. I love all of my visits as she makes you feels so welcome & explains exactly what she is going to do. 10/10

Pippa is the only person I trust to do my waxing. Like most people, I find waxing quite painful but she puts me at ease and allows me to go at my own pace. She’s very professional and gets excellent results.

She's the only person who can do my lashes how its not going to fall off after a week and they are always perfect! After 3 weeks of wearing them my friend asked me if I get them done ! I can't recommend her enough!! 🥰❤️

Helena was absolutely wonderful, she made me feel so comfortable and talked through the stages of my treatment before we started so I knew what to expect. I had an incredible facial and massage and left feeling so relaxed - will be back again asap!

Nadia did my first ever set of lash extensions and I couldn’t be happier! I had no clue what I wanted, but she took the time to look at my face shape/structure and explain what shape, curl, and style would suit me best. She was super easy to chat to and made the whole appointment feel really relaxed. I loved how they turned out – so natural and just right for me. Would definitely recommend!

Lisa is an incredible artist, she's enthusiastic, listens carefully, gives honest advice, and delivers a result I’m always happy with. The cut always comes out exactly how I pictured, and the whole salon has such an uplifting energy. So friendly and accommodating, a true gem. Walk in stressed, walk out feeling great, the whole experience feels like a reset. It’s friendly, relaxed, and genuinely uplifting.
