I've been to a few beauty therapist in my time for my facials but no-one beats Lucia in her warm, professional ,perfectionist manner and who always gives that little bit more for you to float out the salon relaxed,pampered and with amazing skin ,nails,lashes,brows,waxing and I haven't found a product that matches Germaine either.5⭐️

I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

Had such a lovely experience with Ana today and i’m very happy with my lvl results. Normally my lashes are very stubborn to lift but that wasn’t a problem for Ana. They are definitely the best they’ve ever looked! Love her new location it’s a friendly, calming space.

The best nail care in Harrogate. Amy is the loveliest lady who takes such pride in her work. She has started transforming my nails and I always walk away incredibly happy with the results. Amy is one of those rare finds.

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. As usual, my builder gel and brow treatments were exceptional, I highly recommend Rachael’s talent. I have been seeing Lucia for years and she is amazing! She is incredibly warm & welcoming, and her waxing is the best in Harrogate.

Such a lovely girl! So talented! Been let down and disappointed before when having my lashes lifted. Had a past experience elsewhere, where they were unable to achieve even the slightest lift on my lashes within 2 sittings. Char knew exactly what she was doing, made me feel comfortable throughout and did an excellent job! First time I’ve used Char, will be going back!
