Trying out the Korean lash lift for the first time and Imogen couldn’t have been better, she talked me through the entire thing, explaining every step and checking in with me throughout. I also got the brow shape and maintenance and I am in love with both results.

Kloee was amazing from start to finish. She fitted me in last minute even though she was already really busy as I’d been cancelled on by another lash tech. She was so knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted and recommended the best thing for me, I’m so happy with my lashes! Thank you so much Kloee & I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have been to Imogen around 6 times now. I originally went for a Full Body Massage as my shoulders and back was really tensed up and had knots. The first massage was quiet Intense as there was alot of work for her to do. But she recommended for me to come for regular 30min just back massage to keep ontop of it. So I have. But also in the meantime I hurt my back in 4 places from lifting incorrectly so then she had to work on that. My back has improved so much and feels so much better now. Imogen is a very knowledgeable Therapist. Amazing at massage and such a lovely person and welcoming.

I am in denial about having watery eyes and I'm never made to feel like a burden or difficult client. Somehow my lashes still always look amazing and I've been taught how to care for them and maintain them so they still look beautiful before my refills. My eyebrows have never looked so good either. I never really knew what to do with them. Now a cheeky brush I'm the morning and they are good to go for the day! Basically this is my little self care treat and I couldn't ever imagine stopping it. My little therapy and beauty session all in one. I would not trust anyone else ever again I'm sure ❤

First time having any kind of lash lift, and I absolutely loved it! The appointment took around 40 minutes from start to finish in a lovely, calm and relaxing environment. Beth was so friendly and talked me through each step of the treatment, which really put me at ease. I absolutely LOVE the results! I didn’t realise my natural eyelashes were so long. Beth also took the time to talk me through an eyebrow consultation, and I’ve now booked that too. She has been so flexible in fitting me in before my holiday, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend! 🩷

My first experience walking into kloee chantelle academy couldnt of gone any better they were all so welcoming said hello to myself and my niece on arrival. Made conversation with her and offered her a drink and let her sit and watch for a little bit. My lash technician bree did an amazing job as always never disappointed she's so gentle from start to finish, I really cant complain always walk away feeling beautiful with my lashes.. Bree is a lovely person all round and would highly recommend to friends and family .

Imogen was amazing, not only did she get amazing results on my lash lift, she also made me feel so comfortable throughout the session and talked me through each step. I’ve had lash lifts done previously and they don’t compare at all to how well Imogen has done them! Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing afternoon with Rebecca! My feet feel like new & ready for summer, my hands feel like my own again with gel nails, the lash lift was a miracle on my stumpy lashes, the brow tint & wax was well overdue & the full body massage was exactly what I needed! I highly recommend the full pamper package at this lovely little salon. Rebecca’s knowledge & experience is second to none. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Mel is absolutely amazing! She is very meticulous and always does a fantastic job. I am so glad I changed where I went to get my lashes done as they have never looked so good. The environment is very relaxing and everyone is there to ensure you leave looking and feeling 10/10.

EXCELLENT... Had the OMG lash lift and tint and express dermaplane, the whole experience was very relaxing. Rebecca kept the talk to a minimum to avoid me moving my eyes however i feel it is part of Lioness' Den for you to relax. The room always smells amazing. Thanks again
