I’ve been going to Laura since 2018 for lashes, brows, facials and there is no one else I would go to. She’s friendly, welcoming and makes you feel relaxed. The treatments she offers are so good and I’ve never had a bad once since I started coming to her. I would 100% recommend Laura and if she ever stops doing this, I will cry!!!

Abi did a lovely job on my wash and blow dry and style last week, I was attending a wedding and wanted to have a curl in my hair and some pinned up. I was really happy with how it looked and would definitely go back to her again. Thank you

Lucy is fabulous, her lamination skills are second to none. My eyelashes have never been so long, Lucy recommended a serum, it's lasted 7 months, which is incredible in itself. The result is that I have to wear my glasses lower down on my nose as they brush the lenses every time I blink 😁 my brows look the best they have looked in 30 years 😍 she's truly the best in bromsgrove.

Ruby is so lovely, my lashes are perfect and last so well. I have classics and they look and feel natural. Never had any issues during or after. Cosy comfortable bed to lie on which is great when you are lying down for so long.

Always get my LVL done by Carrie. I’ve been to Carrie since she set up. Not only is she super lovely but she is an expert in what she does. I’ve had skincare treatments and nails previously too. All fab. And loving my Korean lash lift (which worked on my stubborn lashes!) thanks Carrie!

I have had a few treatments from Lisa including facials, massages, nails and lash lift. Every time I’ve had a treatment I am not disappointed. Lisa is very caring and excellent and is great at what she does. I always feel pampered and relaxed. I highly recommend to book with Lisa you won’t be disappointed!!

Amazing Lash Lift! I’m so happy with my lash lift! My natural lashes look longer, lifted, and perfectly curled without needing mascara. The process was comfortable, and the results came out even better than expected. Highly recommend Laura!
