I had my brow and lash tint done by Ras, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, polite, and very precise in her work. Ras takes the time to make sure everything is perfect and won't let you leave until you're completely satisfied. The salon is also very cosy, clean, and has a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend Ras to anyone looking for excellent service and beautiful results! Thank you Ras!

I had my first ever lash lift with Natasha and honestly couldn't be happier! She was so lovely, talked me through everything, and made me feel really comfortable throughout. My lashes turned out even better than I expected and I'm obsessed with the results. Definitely recommend! 💕

Lily was amazing! This was my first ever lash lift and she has done such a beautiful job, my lashes look stunning! Lily herself was just so lovely and we had such great conversations. I can’t believe the value for money too - £48 for a lash lift and tint which can last 6-8 weeks?! In this day and age that is such a great price, knowing you don’t have to spend masses amounts of money to feel beautiful! 100% will definitely come again 😁❤️

Tash is so lovely!! The job she has done on my eyebrows is unbelievable 👏🏻👏🏻 She was very informative about what she was doing and why, even going through the aftercare in details made me feel very confident walking out that door. I love the results the lift and tint gives me. I have been able to ditch the waterproof mascara and as a result my natural lashes have become so much thicker and fuller, meaning the following time the results are even better. Can't wait to see how good my own lashes can get!

Had a fabulous facial today with the lovely Serafima, skin feels refreshed and is glowing can’t wait to go back next week for eyebrow tint and lift. The Salon as a whole is really friendly feel about it and all the team are lovely. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

As always, absolutely fantastic service! There is never any awkward silences, feeling ignored, or passed around people. Just a relaxed, calm, friendly environment. Going to Gem, is just like having a catch up with a friend, with the added bonus of walking away with such detailed, delicate, beautiful nails! I walk in with a vision, and Gem turns it into a reality on my nails!! Highly recommend
