Maya was so kind and gentle throughout, made sure to explain everything, ask what my preferences were and I was relaxed the whole way through. shoutout to Julie - my new lash lady. Was recommended by a workmate &she’s exceptional; she’s saved my real lashes by isolating them &slowly having them grow out. After YRS of bad extensions, she’s shown me how it’s actually done! The proof is all in her technique & the retention clearly shows. She’s listened to my style + flexible with time/days. After using a serum &attending regular appts, i can c my real lashes growing stronger&therefore prolonging retention. I’ve also gotten my nails done here - got discounted &her colleagues was rly nice & gave me a nice colour suggestion🙂now a regular🥰

Beautiful Armelle you are one of the sweetest souls I’ve ever met. She will accommodate to your every request with no hesitation. I have a feeling this is my new go-to lash lady forever and this is not just a lash boutique it’s a literal place of peace and serenity there’s nothing better! Beautiful little spot in the heart of Liverpool. They did a fantastic job on my brows this morning! I suggest leaving extra time to get there and get a parking spot as it took me way longer than expected and ended up running 5 minutes late. They were lovely about it and still brought me in to do my brows.
