I went to Perfectly Arched for the first time and instantly felt welcomed. she’s so inviting, joyful, and full of positive energy. She absolutely aced my brows. First time getting brow lamination and lash lift, Kelly explained everything and consistently asked how I was doing during the treatment. Will definitely be returning as my brows are completely slayed now! and her dog nero was just a bonus treat, she was beautiful.
