I had a wonderful experience at the salon today. I came in for a massage and an AirTouch treatment with Ash, and I am truly impressed. The service was exceptional from start to finish - every staff member was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Ash, he is the first stylist in Dubai who genuinely surprised me with outstanding service, remarkable expertise, and true care for the health and beauty of my hair. I am beyond grateful for his work and the results. Highly recommend this salon - I will definitely be coming back.

The atmosphere of the spa is very welcoming , the staff are all hands on and make sure that you are comfortable. I did my full maintenance day at the spa . I booked in with Gemma at The Nest Dubai for a full head of highlights and couldn’t recommend her enough! She really listened to what I wanted and the changes I was hoping for, and the result speaks for itself — beautifully blended, natural, and full of dimension. The salon is lovely, super welcoming, and they kept offering refreshments throughout my appointment. Such a lovely experience — I’ll definitely be back! ☺️
