The service itself was great, and the staff are really lovely. However I have just a couple of minor issues. One is, I booked a mani/pedi express service. However, when I arrived, they set me up for a full service, and then only toward the end mentioned that I was getting a full instead of the express, which cost more. I accepted this without any argument and just agreed to pay the higher rate. Then, they accidentally charged me for both, an express service AND a full mani/pedi. As soon as I explained the overcharge to them, they refunded me for the express, so overall I am still pleased.

Such an amazing experience! I had originally booked with a different beautician who ended up being sick, so I was instead paired with the lovely Isa who was just wonderful! Had a really soothing, relaxing time, and the facial aspect of my booking was really informative and my skin looks a-mazing! Also bought some products and plan to book again in the future :) so happy!

Fantastic as always! Isa is Queen of massage and facial. I always drift to relaxation paradise whenever she comes by our place. She is polite, punctual, friendly and really skilled. Cannot recommend her enough and the products used are super high quality.

Highly recommended! Had my nails done in many countries, and this was hands-down one of - if not the - best quality full set and polish I've had.

After the very easy process of booking online for 5 of us for appointments, we were thrilled with the results of our pedis, manis, sns and gel nails. Lovely peaceful salon, very comfy massage chairs, luvly friendly staff- would definately recommend !!!!
