This is the second time I have had the privilege of seeing Mel for the SBM special energy healing. The depth of knowing, information she shared, as well as healing was insane. I've never experienced anything quite like this before. I trust Mel implicitly and felt safe to be vulnerable enough to talk through what came up. She is really supportive and just awesome! Kia ora. Your face is part of you that only a few get close to/intimate with but I immediately felt comfortable and new I was in good hands with Melanie. There were no surprises, as every step was clearly explained before hand. The smell and feel of the products were beautiful, matching the soothing music and gentle hands. I came away from my first ever full facial feel relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend Mind and Body to anyone considering treating themselves.

Emma has AMAZING talent, I am blown away everytime I look in that mirror 😍 such a welcoming environment and she is so accomodating to me as a mumma with her late nights.
