Was very nervous (first salon experience) Although the service and experience was top tier. 👌 Staff were so awesome and nice. I had a Hair spa treatment, was so relaxing and beneficial for my hair (not sure how many micro naps I had, too many tbh) also had a trim and it has been the healthiest I've ever seen my hair (really thick and curly black hair) In addition, I did get a full body wax done as well. I was most nervous about this one, as I have never gotten waxed before let alone a Brazilian wax, however the women were so quick and efficient and kept reassuring me. Honestly recommend 5Star

Darshita and Team are so wonderful - am glad to have found them (customer for nearly a year now). So trustworthy and obliging to cater for those running extremely late due to Traffic coming from West to South AKL. They've kept my hair coloring on file and what needs to be done for next scheduled visit. Love the team and would highly recommend them - Make an Appointment 'Online Booking' is better than phoning in, cause they could be busy with customers.

I have been coming here to Kess since 2022 and the results they produce on my hair is unmatched, not to also mention the prices are affordable and worth it! I’m talking almost $40 cheaper for a hair wash, dry and GHD straightening compared to other salons. Also the advice they give to ensure healthy hair and also not overselling their products but giving recommendations. I always go here when I can but they’re usually full so always book an appointment to secure a spot! I have never left here disappointed and today after a long night shift I felt so good and pampered with my hair🥰

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a beautiful smile and offered a drink. Consultation was given with honesty, precision, clear communication to ensure Dee and I were on the same page. This was arguably the best experience I’ve had at a hair salon in NZ. Despite Jay’s busyness, she took the time to do an excellent job with absolute patience and care. I didn’t feel this young and good about myself in a long while- definitely worth the 30 min trip
