5*treatment from start to finish. Started with a luxury pedicure by Tayler never thought I would enjoy one as much so relaxing. Followed by Lash lift and tint by Amber who has worked miracles on my awful lashes. I can't believe the difference and I'm so happy with the results! Highly recommend Bay Beauty Academy to anyone for lovely friendly professional staff.

Leah was lovely and welcoming and really made my lashes perfect. She let me voice what I did and didn't want for my lashes and told me what would be best for my lash health. She was lovely and chatty and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my lashes. 100% would recommend!!

Lovely experience. A salon that feels really comfortable. Rachel is just lovely, puts you at ease and I had a deluxe manicure. Inc hand massage, gentle scrub, heated moisture mits and a nail shape and buff. My hands feel lush now and my nails so tidy and shiny. The beauty is, Rachel frequents a salon with a hairdresser, so even more on offer! ☺️♥️

Leah is amazing! She's so professional, and I’m absolutely in LOVE with my eyebrows and eyelashes! I’d definitely consider myself a fussy person, but Leah exceeded all my expectations. The only scary thing now is hoping she never stops – I honestly don’t think I’d ever find another lash tech as good as her!

Stacey is a fantastic beautician. I visited today to have some fillers. She was reassuring, professional and she has made an amazing transformation on my face. Spray tan was amazing, Rachel made me feel comfortable throughout and the room was lovely and warm even though I was in first thing in the morning, I went for the medium colour tanning solution and it smelt absolutely unreal like cherries, will definitely back for another.

Sharika was lovely and reassuring, price was brilliant too. Very happy with my eyebrows and will definitely be returning.
