What I really like about Beautea lounge is that it is not at all intimidating, all the staff are great, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Today was the first time I'd met Jazz, she was lovely, put me at ease and I am so pleased with results of my eye lash/ brow tint and eyelash lift.

I had a eyelash lift and tint which I am very happy with, I have had this before in other places but this was the best so far louise really lifted my lashes, nice calm surroundings, will defiantly be returning to this lovely lady in the future x 😃

Jayne makes you feel so at ease and welcome within the salon, such a lovely atmosphere. I've now had my nails done, a lash lift and lash tint. All 3 treatments were carried out professionally and she let's you know what's happening all the way through which is lovely. Plus she makes a lovely cuppa 💜

I had a lash lift and tint, and a brow tint and wax today. I am thrilled with the treatment and feel like movie star! Best of all, the results will stay put, unlike powder brows and mascara which would be running down my face in 5 minutes of putting them on in hot/humid weather 🥵 Thank you Lou, I'll be back!

I had a facial today with Sarah. I wanted to have fresh and glowing skin for my wedding day in the upcoming weeks. Sarah took the time to get to know my needs and any concerns with my skin. Went in with unruly eye brows and came out with eye wows. Lashes lifted, tinted and brows tamed and it's made such a difference, I love them. I have looked in the mirror more times today to check them out than all week. Enjoyed the conversation and music and felt at ease the whole time. Would recommend. Thank you.

Eva is so kind and makes you feel at ease! She is an expert in her field and very skilled and knowledgeable. My lash lift and tint is always done to a professional standard and they look so natural. Eva caters for the look I want to go for. I go to Eva now and don’t look elsewhere anymore as I know treatment won’t be better anywhere else, plus her treatments last longer than most. We have a wonderful chat, it’s often a shame when the session comes to an end!

Great service, and my hair looks amazing. Rachael is a master of her craft and I couldn’t and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. I’d be lost without her.

Maggie is an excellent therapist - she has real attention to detail and creates the most perfect eyebrow shape with threading. 5 out 5!

Highly recommend Ashleigh - she is professional, has excellent technique, is lovely and has magic hands! I've been to many places in Norfolk for sports deep tissue massages and Ashleigh is 100% the best Masseuse in Norfolk! Always an incredible service and it's in such a  beautiful, relaxed setting.

Eve is wonderful. Making the whole experience very calm and relaxing and explaining everything before she does it too. Would highly recommend.

I now go to Hannah for my nails, lash lift and eyebrows and she’s created me a whole natural look so I don’t have to wear makeup! Her prices are reasonable but it’s the quality of her craft that is particularly impressive. She’s meticulous and has given me a completely different boost of confidence (and saved me so much time as a working mum as I no longer need to do my mascara, eyebrows and nails). Couldn’t recommend her enough x
