Kat was extremely attentive and professional and took time to ensure everything was perfect and that I got what I wanted from the treatment. I felt very well looked after and valued. Kat is the best. I never like facials before I met Kat and now I find them uplifting, relaxing and my skin looks and feels fantastic. I work outside but I always come out glowing. Kat also tints my eyebrows and they look so natural. Highly recommend her, funny, professional, relaxing and knowledgeable x

First time visiting thus salon, and was very impressed that the lovely lady that did my hair had gone up and beyond, had opened the shop on a day that it is normally closed, my appointment was for Monday 21st sep at 16:30, but she phoned me and asked if could re schedule due to staff being ill, which I excepted, but she was very professional, made me very welcome, and did exactly how I wanted to have my hair, could not fault her, the salon and expertise, will defo be coming back in the future, thank you so much, partner said its looked lovely xx

I had a back facial and massage and it was excellent. Kat checked I was ok throughout the treatment, adjusting pressure accordingly. She went through my consultation form before starting to double check everything and then sat down with me at the end of the treatment to go through aftercare. All in all, an excellent service and I would recommend her to anyone. Looking forward to trying other treatments x
