The salon was so welcoming and Kia was wonderful. I find it difficult to get my lashes tinted and can take panic attacks, Kia was very patient and understanding which made me so comfortable and relaxed. The job done by Kia was amazing, she is a perfectionist and did a stellar job. I found my skin, after waxing, did not appear read and irritated, as it would usually be, but instead it was smooth with no redness. I would highly recommend the salon,Kia in particular and I will be back for sure.

I always look forward to my facial with Lesleyann. She is such a lovely girl, so kind, friendly and professional and has great product knowledge. We never run out of conversation! My treatment flys in every single time which is the only downside lol. I love Elite it's a lovely, calm, private/ discreet clinic and the girls are so helpful and always smiling. First impressions not great Overcrowded with nail tables , seemed like a girls night at 10.30 am lady beside was waiting half hour for her nail technician to come , she arrived half hour late and then proceeded to say she wanted to do her friend first , it was like a pantomime, I was then taken upstairs and totally different atmosphere beautiful surroundings and had lovely massage with Gemma , she new her stuff , would definitely recommend her, don’t be put off by the downstairs, I would go back for beauty treatments only upstairs ,

Lesleyann was so friendly and professional. Excellent product/ treatment knowledge. I received the hydro facial.. personally one of my favourite treatments. My skin looks so clear and glowing! Had the best wee relaxing hour! Look forward to booking another facial soon :)

I would give 10starts if I could. Kelsey was so so lovely and professional. The Harley waxing omg.. I've been getting my bikini waxed for 12 ish years and 1st time I've had Harley.. can't believe how much less painful it is and seems a lot less messy too. Delighted and will be back. Thank you x
