I was running late as the traffic was horrendous. I ended up being 35 minutes later than my appointment but Olivia was so understanding and was still really warm and friendly when I finally arrived. Chatting to her during our time together really helped me forget the stressful journey and my nails are gorgeous! I would highly recommend her.

I always love getting my nails done. Olivia is so welcoming and accommodating and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She is very friendly and chatty and puts you at ease.
