Emily is a very pleasant young lady who listened to what I wanted. The only thing that caused me discomfort was the chair, I found it uncomfortable and I had backache for two days. I will have my makeup done again but I'll cancel my appointment for 18 July as my granddaughter has arranged for me to have my makeup done by the girl coming to the house. I didn't know about this. It's very kind of her as I'm not part of the wedding party.

Wonderful as always ...Angela has accommodated me so much ...I'm not the easiest person to deal with when getting fillers 🤣..but she is such an expect in her field and makes it as pain free as possible... her skills in this area are superb ... and she goes out of her way to accommodate and put you at ease ...ty, as always

Fantastic treatment with Paula this afternoon...I'm in the middle of a package helping my skin with a series of facials. Great treatments with Paul's knowledge on skin I receive great advice for my aftercare. Very impressed with the changes in my skin and looks forward to every visit .. I highly recommend the one lounge for any treatment... Very professional and personable girls 🙂

Had the best experience this morning! My hair feels so fresh and live she was really listening to what I wanted. My daughter came with me also and again she was listened too when she said what she wanted. She's can be abit of an introvert and to see her smily at the end was lovely! Thanks again!

Simmy did an amazing job with my lash lift and tint. Better than any lash lift i’ve had before!!

Lovely lassie. I'm 56 with short lashes now, but she managed a lash lift and tint. 10/10.

Got eye lash lift and tint. Had this many times and always perfect. Angie really gets to know her clients really well and knows their likes and dislikes. And always gives really good advice.

3 days post facial by Bobbie and my skin is still glowing! And I’m seeing lasting benefits in my skin texture with keeping up routine facials. This plus a lash lift and brow tint in the last week - I’m feeling fab! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I'm so glad I found this place! I recently visited for the second time at the Clarkston salon to get BIAB. Kirstie was so lovely and put me right at ease. She listened to what I wanted, the conversation was great and the salon is really pretty. This being my second nail appointment in 5 years, its easy to feel out of place but the girls made me feel comfortable and welcome. My nails look lovely and healthy and I keep getting compliments on them! Thanks Kirstie! I'll be back :)

I was in yesterday with Nikki who did such an amazing job of my brow lamination and lash lift and tint. I had previously had a bad experience at another salon and Nikki was so professional, kind and understanding to my needs. She explained exactly what she was going to do and showed me how it was looking throughout the treatment. Absolutely so delighted with the results and can't wait to get booked back in with Nikki x
