I treated myself to a head spa at The Loft in Niagara Falls with Krystal, and it was pure bliss. The space is gorgeous and calming, and Krystal’s touch is truly magic. I just had my first Head Spa with Crystal. I felt bad pampering myself. Let me tell you, that guilt went out the window fast. I have never felt so relaxed. She explained things, was wonderful to talk to and fell comfortable with. The products she used all smelt amazing, tools, techniques. I can't praise her enough. She showed me the right shampoo to shine up my dull gray hairs. Plus the Japanese mint oil roller they sell. Literally you need a dot from the roller. When I leftnI booked another in 2 weeks. Wonderful all around atmosphere, staff, smells, sounds....just go yourself
